Vide letter No. 2011/838 dated 17th June 2011, issued by the District Collector, Bhopal, the organization is registered with the Department of Women & Child Development Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh, for implementing Government sponsored projects relating to welfare and development of women and children.
The organization is primarily focusing all issues connected to women and details are listed below:
To bring women from difficult circumstances to an organized platform and build capacity in them so that they will be able to fight for and obtain their own rights, and so that they can lead a dignified life;
Women empowerment and capacity building of women and women groups at all levels;
Development of leadership skills and decision-making powers through participatory training techniques;
Empowerment and upliftment of handicapped and disabled persons so that they able to lead independent, comfortable and respectable social life in the society;
Sensitizing community against domestic and social violence against women;
Rehabilitation, strengthening and capacity building of Women Self Help Groups;
Implementing programs of Reproductive and Child Health (RCH)-caring for pregnant women, lactating mothers and infants;
Implementing programs and projects initiated by Central and State Governments for the integrated development of rural, peri-urban and urban areas;
Its Executive Committee Members are elected in the Annual General Body meeting once in 3 years. The Executive Committee which comprises 7 members elects the 3 office bearers (President, Secretary and Treasurer). The Secretary is
The President is Chief Functionary duly authorized by the Executive Committee and General Body to carry out the affairs of the Society. The accounts of the Society are jointly operated by the President and Treasurer.
The Society has got well-trained and qualified staff (both at office and field levels) to implement the program.
If anyone happen to find any homeless and deprived women roaming on streets of Bhopal and surroundings, please contact us to enrol them at our HOME FOR HOMELESS (GHARONDA). For such women all the facilities are completely free of charge. We also try our best to find opportunities for them in appropriate locations based on the background and interest of such women.

Since 9th March 2011 the (Charitable Welfare Society for Humankind and Animals) has developed a variety of holistic social and mental health solutions that addressed multifaceted components of distress. This includes, psychiatric and socio- psychological care offered through our community based care and shelter centres and inclusive long term care options for women with high support needs.
